————ABOUT DREAM CREAMERY
WE MAKE THE ICE CREAM WE WANTED WHEN WE WERE KIDS.
A scoop shop and a burger counter, run by cooks. Two neighborhoods, twenty-two rotating flavors, and one very serious smash burger.
Chefs who never got over the ice cream truck
Dream Creamery comes from the chef-owners of Travail — the same crew that spent years turning fine dining upside down in Robbinsdale. After enough late nights and enough tasting spoons, the question got simple: what if we put that much effort into the food people actually crave?
So we built a scoop shop. Everything is made from scratch, in small batches, with ingredients we'd be happy to name out loud. Real vanilla beans. Real strawberries. Chocolate worth the ganache swirl. Then we put a flat-top next to the freezer case, because a cone deserves a burger and a burger deserves a cone.
The flavors land somewhere between memory and mischief — reimagined classics next to combinations that only make sense after a decade in a professional kitchen. We rotate them constantly, so the case is never quite the same twice.
“The goal isn’t nostalgia for its own sake. It’s making the thing you remember taste as good as you remember it.”

The
Dream Burger
It went viral because it's good, not because it's tall. A quarter pound of beef smashed straight into griddled onions so the edges lace and crisp — then built fast and eaten faster.
- Patty1/4 lb. beef, smashed into griddled onions. Order it single, double, or triple.
- CheeseAmerican, melted over the top while it's still on the flat-top.
- SauceDream Sauce — tangy, a little sharp, entirely ours.
- CrunchGarlic-dill pickles and fresh raw onions.
- BunA soft milk bun that holds everything without getting in the way.
